Very informative, lovely little museum
Beautiful centre but unfortunately the staff is not well trained. The lady at the desk didn't know whether they had bird watching brochures or not and when she found the rack that had over 15 of them, didn't want to give more than 5. The purpose of our stop was to bring bird watching back home to give to the members of the various bird watching group we are with. Isn't the purpose of an information centre to spread information? Here they had a visitor who could have done this to 50 people to encourage them to come to this region and all they could give are 5 brochures?? She didn't even check at the back if they had more in stock... very disappointing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff providing information of the local area. The new modern building fits in well with the environment and is right on the door step of Malanda Falls and swimming hole.
