A bit disappointing. Saw what we were told was a platypus but expect that because if you dont see one you dont pay admission
Haf seen platypus every time ive been here. New managment and staff very friendly and helpful.
Got to see a wild platypus up close. Very reasonable pricing and you only pay if you see them.

We went for lunch only; delicious, as was the coffee. But it was the staff which really impressed us; bringing out chilled water for the visitors awaiting for the platypus tours, offering around a tray of baked rolls (after a tour cancelled and so they had an excess), it is these little things that make a great business and makes one want to go back....and back....and back.
